By purchasing products through the Trinity Design Studio website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

Products

Trinity Design Studio specializes in the design and production of decorative and personalized products, as well as services such as laser cutting, engraving, and printing.

All products displayed on the website are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to the nature of the materials or the production process.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD).

Trinity Studio 694 is not registered in the VAT system, therefore VAT is not calculated in accordance with the Value Added Tax Law of the Republic of Serbia.

The seller reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice. The price valid for the buyer is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

Ordering

Customers place orders through the website by completing the order form.

After submitting an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email.

The seller reserves the right to contact the customer to confirm the order or request additional information if necessary.

Card Acceptance Statement

We accept all valid payment cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, and DinaCard.

Currency Conversion Statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD). Prices displayed in other currencies are provided for informational purposes only and are calculated using the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference between the original price stated on our website and the amount shown on your payment card statement.

 

Shipping

Products are delivered via courier services:

  • PostExpress
  • Bex
  • City Express

The standard delivery time is 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

For custom-made or personalized products, the production and delivery time may be longer.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise specified during the purchase process.

Trinity Design Studio respects and protects the privacy of its customers.

Personal information collected during the ordering process may include name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is used solely for the purpose of processing orders, delivering products, and communicating with customers.

Customer data will not be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties, except when necessary for the delivery of products (courier services).

Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

Complaints

Customers have the right to file a complaint in case of:

  • damaged products
  • incorrectly delivered products

The deadline for submitting a complaint is 48 hours after receiving the shipment.

The seller is obliged to respond to the complaint within 8 days of receiving it and to propose a new solution.

The deadline for resolving a complaint is up to 14 days. In the case of more complex technical products, this period may be extended to 30 days with the prior consent of the consumer.

Refunds

In the event of a product return and a refund to a customer who previously paid using a payment card, whether partially or in full and regardless of the reason for the return, Trinity Design Studio is obligated to process the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, and DinaCard payment methods. This means that the bank, at the request of the seller, will process the refund to the cardholder’s account.

Withdrawal from Purchase

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.

The product must be returned unused and in its original condition.

Products made according to the customer's specific request or personalized products are not eligible for withdrawal or return.

Data Protection

Trinity Design Studio is committed to protecting the privacy of all customers.

Customer data collected during the purchase process is used solely for order processing and communication with the customer.

Final Provisions

Trinity Studio 694 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
